Slutwalk near where i live is happening in a few weeks. i was very excited. then i started reading a lot of criticisms about it not being inclusive of women of color and i got confused and much less excited about it.

i have 2 questions for you, followers.

how can i, as a white woman, be involved in slutwalk while still trying to actively be an ally?

how is Slutwalk different from Take Back the Night in its mission (i.e. both are trying to eradicate rape culture, imo)? And why is Slutwalk so much more popular than TBTN (i.e. 1500 attending on fb vs. 188 attending on fb)?
